I will. [a pause... her ears flick back against her skull, angled down. she doesn't say anything else for a moment.]

...whatever. a job is a job, and as the head of customer complaints it's their job to attend to guests.]

It's alright. There's nothing to be done. It is the whims of the hotel, and as staff all we can do is continue to do our best for the comfort of our guests.

There isn't anything to be punished for, Miss Lup. So long as we continue to do our job to the best of our ability, that's all that is required of us. Anything else you have seen or heard is simply an oversight.
