Please don't. [the tone, almost, skews a little younger but it's one of those things that you hear and miss if you aren't paying attention.]
It's alright. There's nothing to be done. It is the whims of the hotel, and as staff all we can do is continue to do our best for the comfort of our guests.
Okay. [it's not, and her heart hurts, and she's not really sure why? that's the worst part.] Hey. Tell the Nightman to punish me and not you, if you get in trouble at all.
[a beat.] Are you fine if I keep calling for you?
[because they do make her feel better, regardless.]
There isn't anything to be punished for, Miss Lup. So long as we continue to do our job to the best of our ability, that's all that is required of us. Anything else you have seen or heard is simply an oversight.
[so. lup should not disclose any of this to anyone.
but there's a sigh and they finally look over their shoulder to face her.]
...of course I'm fine with that. Anything you could want or could need, you just have to ask. I'll do my best.
[and so they will enter fall dorm. the description is
The inside of the dorm is cozy and comfortable with color schemes of reds, oranges, olives, and browns. Even with a few fireplaces going, the temperature is always moderate; just warm enough to not freeze, but just cool enough to be able to snuggle in the many nice blankets. Autumn leaves on brown cord drape down from most of the main ceilings, and students can run their fingers through the ends if they stretch high enough.
There aren't any portraits on the walls here, only rustic and autumn-inspired landscapes whose green summer is fading into the oncoming darkness of winter. The aesthetic is gently vintage, but not ancient. Somehow, even the bit of skip in timeline feels like a piece of home.
Each suite follows a more gothic theme with bedding and curtains: dark, rich wood with black sheets and pillows. But all students, of course, have current amenities.
so yeah. they wander a bit, seemingly memorizing the inside and really getting a sense of what's going on here before they start to drift upstairs.]

Yeesh. The whole vibe is stupid. Okay, um, new plan. New plan - can you go to the places outside here? Like the school.

it spits them out on the quad between all four dorms though, and for a moment gemini pauses.]
...dormitories?

[she says, absently.]
Do you want to look in all of them? [her gaze goes to spring first, but.]
no subject
...we may as well since they're all here. We can begin with Spring and go in seasonal order.
no subject
Sure, but we could also do Fall first. [she caught that gaze.]
no subject
We may as well start here since it's behind us. And then work our way through. It won't be for long either.
no subject
Let's go, then.

...who is Lucretia?
no subject
Ahh, my friend. One of my very closest friends. [she trails after them.] She was here.

In the Spring dorm, I assume?
