i think one problem is that no matter what, people are always going to question the information
so it's just trying to get around that

Difficult to trust a source when you're unsure of where it may be coming from and what the intentions are, certainly.
Perhaps it helps to anticipate questions that may be asked and formulate answers before sharing.
