COURIER SERVICE

Today, when when Claude is just going about his business, he will suddenly feel a hand close around his arm and will find himself yanked into a room at random. The door shuts behind him with a sharp SLAM!

When he looks around, he'll find himself in a nondescript room in the mansion. It's got a table and two chairs in the center of the room, with three wrapped packages sitting on the desk. Each one of them has a different tag on it, but what the tag says is hard to tell from the distance.

Standing in front of him is Virgo, who lets go of his arm and gestures at the chairs.

"Sit down. You want something to do, don't you? So I came up with something for you this week."

Virgo then takes a seat in the chair on the other side of the table and puts rudely their feet up on it, accidentally nudging one of the packages. After a moment, they chuckle to themselves.

"Just watching fucking sucks! So we're going to spice things up a little, hahahaha. Pick one of these things and then give me three names! Of the living fuckers, no one here. And none of the hotel staff either! I'll make sure it gets to one of the three people you pick. Probably. Hahahaha..."

It seemed like it was pretty shitty thing to happen. I thought you might be more honest if I didn't ask in public.

I won't needle you too incessantly. 1) Why was that person locked up there? 2) Are there any others we should be careful not to set free?

Just ask any of the others about how he acted when he was out, and you will quickly understand why he was locked up.

There are some people who, unfortunately, simply do not stay dead unless they are killed in very specific ways, which are unfortunately impossible to do from here.

He is annoying, but not so difficult to deal with so long as people do not go opening doors that have been locked for a reason.

There were no answers for them that would have been worth their lives if it had gone wrong.

Well... we're already on the path toward death, given that we're stuck here unable to return to the lobby for when this all finishes.

That's not entirely my mentality though, I prefer to take more calculated risks. But I can understand the sentiment of, "we're dead anyway."

[they give him the weariest look they can possibly muster

Oh well! Hopefully no more foolish ideas to come! You can relax.

[ until the orgy ]

I will not be relaxing until this job is over.

[they shrug]

A vacation? To a warm and sunny location perhaps?

Is that what you are planning to do?

... I haven't really thought of anything beyond trying to survive.

That is likely the case for everyone else as well.

[ blinks slowly at them ]
