[so they will reach into their pocket and pull out nail polish in a matching color, cat ears flicking again.]

Stop. It's not gonna be terrible. [they are being careful though because this is dark polish against nice gloves. but they work on opening it as she asks that.]

I don't know if I'd say it's obvious, but I told you. I specialize in bad vibes.

[she watches them for a second.] Do you want me to hold it with the hand you're not doing?

You'd assume right. Constantly wearing gloves kinda makes a manicure useless, don't you think? And I've never really done it to myself anyway.
