[ Claude is a bad boyfriend because he doesn't notice Tsuru's gaze, too focused on Hilda. She really does break up gay couples, wow.

He feels pretty exhausted by everything, but manages a smile for her. ]

I know. I don't want to give you any more reasons to worry about me, so I better get to it.

[ He'll take her hand, squeezing it gently. ]

But all of them—Hilda, the soldiers—smile, glad to have had Tsuru and Claude here, regardless of any of their past failures and regrets.
