But eventually, while possibly holding hands which someone out there personally approves of, they reach their destination: a spacious room, if it can even be called that, when it's an unholy mishmash of various settings.
In one corner is what resembles a tomb, with bones lined into the walls and floor. In another corner is what looks to be a Japanese shrine, sakura petals gently fluttering in as moonlight shines in through the open spaces. In the third corner is a homely living room, a cozy fire started in the hearth. In the last corner is what looks to be the inside of a military academy, but despite the purpose of the room, something about it still feels warm.
And in each corner is its master, strings attached to their limbs from the ceiling as though they were puppets: Harrow, in the first corner. Mikazuki, in the second. Annie, in the third. And Crow, in the last. Granted, they don't look quite themselves. Not unlike the effects of last week, body horror infects their being—they're still distinctly recognizable, but it's amidst bits and pieces of monsterification. The Powers That Be got lazy at this part, unfortunately, so you will just have to use your imagination but you can assume it's definitely very aesthetic and cool-looking in a terrible way.
They don't make a move just yet, but their heads turn to face the newcomers, almost eerily in sync.
Remember your mission? What you came here for? You must defeat the bosses of the labyrinth to dispel it, or else everything and everyone swallowed up by it will be lost forever.
[ Claude did hold Tsuru's hand because he thinks they could all use the moral support right now.
When they reach the final rooms, he's a little light headed from bleeding, and laying his eyes upon these four people, all of whom he unfortunately recognizes, he just tightens his jaw and draws the giant sword. ]
We don't have time to hesitate, but do any of you want to try negotiation?

tsuru doesn't draw his blade yet, but he does place a hand on its hilt in preparation. ]

Anyway, he only recognizes two of these people (though I guess it’s memshare with your other self week so maybe he knows the other two from a dream?) - hand going over the hilt on the sword. He isn’t exactly enthused about having to fight, but he tried negotiation the last time and got so many lectures about being a big moron for it. ]
[It's Mikazuki who speaks, voice as smooth as ever. Whether he even recognizes Tsuru or not is unclear, as nothing changes in his gaze when it flickers to him over the other three.]

[Then, Annie speaks. Again, there's no particular recognition in her expression, when she looks to Claude.]

[With a flourish of her arm, corpses suddenly rise from the ground. For all of the four—Molly, Tsuru, Marie, Claude—it's hard to make out their identities. One moment, they're unfamiliar. They blink, and the corpses wear the faces of people they know, friends, loved ones. This recognition comes and goes.
Crow speaks.]
There's no escape for any of you.

Crow whips out a double saber, before jumping to slash at Molly.]
[ That's about what he expected. Presumably Mikazuki decides to kill him for holding hands with Tsuru, which is valid. ]

[ Unfortunately, Claude is unwilling to die. He lifts the giant sword to block the attack (17) before kicking out his foot at his feet to try and trip Mikazuki (17), using the momentum of his sister to swing around to drive the sword into his back (8). ]
but tsuru is... extremely offended at something(???) trying to steal his sword, so he's going to try to hold onto it more tightly. as always i put my fate in jan's rolling hands on whether or not this succeeds. ]
But it also just frustrates her; the familiar faces, the not-so-familiar ones, the fact of the matter is that it feels like someone is clawing into her head to expose a weakness. It makes her feel like a trapped animal.
Wicked pivots to her side (3) before firing a shot at the corpse’s chest (10). ]
[ Doing a double take at the corpses and shooting a very worried glance towards the weird and creepy Harrow (a very accurate replica) before SOME GUY is attacking him. He’s omly got one good arm!!! just attempting to block for the moment. ]
[Claude trips Mikazuki, who stumbles and therefore can't fully dodge Claude's attack; the sword doesn't go right into his back, though, instead stabbing further to the side in a non-vital area. If this Mikazuki—not quite a sword, but not quite a monster—feels pain any pain, he doesn't show it. Still, it seems to at least dull his movements enough when he moves to stab Claude in the chest, not quite as graceful as it could be.
I rolled an 18 for Tsuru, so congrats, Tsuru can keep a hold of his sword. The tradeoff is that when that fails, he'll feel his entire body being lifted off the ground now.
Marie fires, but the corpse—Ritsu's face appearing for a moment—ducks. Not only does it avoid Marie's bullet, but Annie takes this opportunity to send Tsuru flying... right into Marie. Regardless of if they crash, or if Marie manages to evade this new projectile (?), the animated corpse will attempt to tackle the two, joined by two other corpses.
Molly does a good job of blocking, his blade clashing against one end of Crow's saber—before Crow leans back just a bit to twirl his saber so that the blade on the other end comes slashing towards Molly's face. He may want to duck, although at this close range, it might still end up slicing a horn or his hair.]
[ Not that Tsuru is facing off against her anymore, when he goes flying into Marie. It's hard to tell who of the four is most dangerous like this but Claude glances at Harrow ]

With this proximity, he grabs the blade of Mikazuki's sword with a gloved hand to keep him from pulling back when Claude kicks at his legs again (15), trying to get him back on his knees so that he can swing at his neck with his own sword and be done with him (19). ]
i rolled for tsuru to try to dodge marie but it was a 3, so. he's knocking into her, please feel free to decide how hard of a hit it is.
either way, now that he has regained control of his sword, tsuru is going to attempt to slash at the corpses that are going after them, although it's more aimed at what's closest. ]

Whatever it is, he's concerned enough with this to not catch the saber coming right for his dang face until the last second. As much as Jan wants to destroy his perfect hair, I don't. The lucky thing about having big old horns is someone aiming for the side of your face probably hits those first? Of course, it hurts like fuck when someone rattles your skull that hard, the saber sinking into the curved end of one and sending the jewerly piece on the end of it clattering off to god knows where. If Crow won't leave him alone to worry over his emotional support lesbian in peace, he'll shake off the ringing in his head from that and immediately blast him in the face with ice made from the blood that's all over his arm already.]

Tsuru succeeds at stabbing the nearest corpse through the chest, its face flickering into that of Ookurikara's. Dead(er than before), it falls onto him, sending both of them tumbling to the ground. Meanwhile, Mikazuki's head that Claude sliced off? It rolls by Tsuru, stopping in what would be eye contact with Tsuru if Tsuru looks to the side from where he's on the floor and if the head were, you know. Alive.
Marie shoots, but the corpse holds up its arm, the bullet lodging itself in there. Much like Mikazuki and the others, it appears to feel no pain, as it continues to reach out until again, it attempts to strangle Marie.
Molly blasts ice into Crow's face, cold particles freezing onto the man. This seems to momentarily startle him, before he jumps back, energy gathering around him. In the meantime, the third corpse that had meant to go after Tsuru and Crow instead attempts to tackle Molly to the ground.
Meanwhile, Annie, apparently having lost interest in Tsuru, turns her attention to Claude. That sword he's holding is such an annoyance, really—as an invisible force yanks it out of his hands.]
[ Funny, that Claude's just in the process of reminding Molly what's important when he suddenly finds himself face to face with Annie, monstrous but still recognizable. He can't stop himself from hesitating, the sword flying from his grasp and to the opposite end of the room.
Luckily, Mikazuki's sword is still lodged somewhere non-lethal in his chest, so he grabs that next, wincing as he pulls it out, unleashing another stream of blood. ]
I'll focus on Annie.
[ Hopefully Tsuru doesn't run over to enact revenge. He's a little lightheaded from the blood loss at this point, so he doesn't really think before charging at her with the blade drawn (5), unable to think of anything else. ]

he stares at the decapitated head for a moment, his expression shifting into something resigned, before he moves. he pushes the body of the corpse off of him and jumps to his feet. tsuru is bleeding from so many places but he ignores it, swiping at his face again to get rid of blood getting into his line of vision.
he should probably go after harrow, but... he switches his focus and runs to marie first, and will make an attempt at impaling the corpse. stop strangling their women representation. ]
[ This team is literally so insane. Just kill the people that you care about! Stop hesitating! It's better to kill them then to have someone else do it, obviously -- which is what she's contemplating before a corpse is over here strangling her now.

Harrow... moves further into a corner of the room, because she is a squishy necromancer.
That was an extremely pitiful kick Molly did, but I also rolled a 3 for Crow's response, so. I GUESS IT SORT OF WORKS? Crow stumbles back as he dodges, at least, as he unleashes his attack at all of his enemies in the room, I refuse to try and describe JRPG nonsense. The stumbling at least means that his saber misses Molly on the first throw, despite Molly being right in front of him, but otherwise I am leaving it all to you if you four get hit by this attack unless you wish for me to roll for it on my next mod tag.]
[ Claude hits the wall hard, his skull cracking against the stone, sending stars skittering across his eyes as his ears ring, momentarily deaf to the noise and chaos of the battle around him.
He manages to crawl back his knees eventually, having lost Mikazuki's sword at some point and finds that... he's in the Garreg Mach classroom. Instead of going charging back into the fight, he woozily knocks over the long desks as some kind of barricade, setting himself up behind them as he nocks two arrows on his bow and aims for.
