You can request two powers max across your stay here, but only once per week. Each power is one use only, and even if you use it, it still counts towards your max.
Most of the powers can't be use during trial. Some have caveats, but mine are straightforward in that regard—no trial use.
In order to request a power, you have to do a task first. You don't get to know what it is beforehand, and once you hear it, you're locked into trying for that specific power. Either you complete it or it expires after seven days, though either way, what I said before still applies: you can only request room service once a week, even if you rush through it. Still better not to procrastinate, though.
All right. First things first, though—to clarify, this is how Dispel Effect works. It only works on curse-type stuff. So, powers that are along the lines of "do x to y" and that aren't blatantly meant to be helpful, like healing. It wouldn't work on someone using Who's There, for instance.
[they shift their weight from one foot to another.]
All right, your task is to create the perfect meal for three people you wouldn't normally eat with, and eat the meal with them. Again, the food should be catered to their tastes, so even if all their favourites are stuff you hate, no trying to change it.
It shouldn't be obvious that it's for a task either. [icly and ideally oocly too] So no just going up to them and saying, "hey, want a meal?" out of the blue either, unless you can make it sound natural.
Once you're done, report back to me.

You can bring them to the restaurant, but you should know their preferences ahead of time and be ordering for them, essentially—plus the idea of eating the same thing as them still applies. So, it shouldn't be a scenario where you suggest eating at the restaurant and they just order whatever they want with no further action from you. That's a little too easy to do.

[Two powers max, with one use each.]
If the tasks expires, does it still count for the two power requests? Got a chance to try again for it or are ya down to just one request?
