If I may, I had a question that I don't know if you can answer in any way, but even if you can't, it doesn't hurt me to ask it. Can you say anything about what defines a "stellar performance"?

I don't think there is only one, but there has to be some reasoning behind each of them, doesn't there?

In a sense, I suppose. But having definite guidelines does make it a little more limiting versus judging based on merit and performance alone.
