Oh, those... ummm, well we ordered some of those to sell, but they're not here yet. Should be soon, though! I've been hounding our delivery guys.

Then, if we may not have any now, are the hotel staff able to provide first aid of some kind to guests who need it?

It depends on what you need. Nothing can come for free, we are employees after all... but some of us can use magic, and some of us know first aid, with like, medicine and bandages and stuff. [a beat.] Though our supplies are limited too, so I guess we'd have to go the Lup route and use fabric from the clothes in the gift shop?

Which isn't the most hygienic thing, so I guess magic might be better, unless it's a minor enough thing that we can just wash it out for now and wait...

Anyway, if you want magic, you'd want to talk to Gemini, Aquila, Cetus, or... [you can't see their face over the phone but the way they're wrinkling their nose is audible in their voice.] Virgo. I know first aid, and so do Lepus, Aquarius, and Orion.

Virgo has a difficult personality.

It's all right. I understand. There's no way to muzzle them, is there?

Honestly, their bark is worse than their bite, but that doesn't mean I like dealing with it!

A muzzle works for both. I didn't mind talking to them too much the one time, but we'll see if that changes.

That's a good way of doing things. You give people chances, but if they prove they don't deserve them... you have to be able to protect yourself from them, too. Sometimes that means distance.
