The Constellations all have their own interests and different things they're known for. Such as Zeus for his lightning bolt, Poseidon for his triton, Sun Wukong for his staff, and Uriel for her sword. Those that would know about military weaponry are generally historical grade. The more recent, the less powerful. While Yi Sunsin is powerful, he cannot compare to Cao Cao or Lu Bu.

Aquila is mentioned in many cultures and it is for the most part portrayed as a bird. In Hinduism, the stars are attributed to the half-eagle deity, Garuda. Then for ancient Egypt, they saw Aquila as the falcon of Horus, god of kingship and the sky.

For the Greeks, Aquila carried Zeus' thunderbolts, but a story speaks of the eagle bringing the shepherd boy, Ganymede, to Olympus because Zeus desired him. There are some texts that tie the constellation Aquarius to Ganymede, if that means anything to you.

The last one I know is a love story.

If I remember correctly, it's tied to a holiday in China, Qi Xi. The brightest star of the Aquila constellation, Altair, is named Niu Lang and his children are two of the other stars, beta and gamma Aquilae. They're forever separated from wife and mother, Zhi Nu, brightest star Vega in the Lyra constellation. She's on the far side of the river which represents the milky way.
