We do, although we still oversee it to a certain extent. Ideally, an environment will sustain itself without the need for our interference, once properly established.
On occasion, I am sure, as more personal projects... but for the most part, they all serve some purpose within their ecosystem. We could not in good conscience introduce any which would upset the balance.
