[ they are so smug and for what. anyway, kaeya saying that does seem to remind them of something; the slightly gravelly tone returns, as aquila goes to settle back down in a chair, and then laughs. ]

[ rude! he pushes his fork into his mouth, humming happily around the cake. ]

[ amused. they return to sipping their tea. ] Just keep finding your way into my space.

[ he refuses to let go from under the table for example. they must touch somehow so he stays right there with ankles brushing ankles.

the truth is actually that aquila is terribly weak and tends to spoil the people they like, but, they's besides the point. ]

[ wow. they lift up their teacup to catch the berry in it, infuriatingly, and then flick another one at him. ]

[ and then lunges across the table a moment. he pops a very small smooch right on the top of their veil. he doesn't press too too far, just enough to catch a bit of whipped cream on his lips before pulling back.

okay. well! they are! startled. if they still had bird wings, they'd be puffy? the kiss made them not quite jump, but they - laugh? they laugh, when he steals it off of the front of the veil, and then reaches out and honks his nose, pinching it between their fingers. ]

[ he doesn't mind his nose being honked! just flops back into his chair, licking a little bit of whipped cream off of his lip.

and maybe trying to lick the fingers honking his nose.

[ first of all, the fact that they're the same person is the worst, because this is exactly what aquila would do.

secondly they just drop their (gloved, this time) fingers against his mouth and onto his lower lip when he starts trying to lick??? their fingers??? ]

they laugh, shaking their head, and move to remove their glove. it was their non dominant hand this time, so when they take off the glove to shake it out now that it's got kaeya spit on it, kaeya is granted a slight flash of purple on the underside of their hand. ]

Well. Next time you want your mouth filled, ask, and maybe you'll receive.
