Kind of! I mostly wanted to see how you're doing. It would assist me very much to know.

All is well, I suppose. [ considering the murder hotel. ] It's kind of you to check in.

Well - it's not very hard to be kind, honestly. Kind of feels like the least I could do.

For some, being kind is very difficult. We have not done much in the way of deserving it, certainly.

I don't know. It helps me, too, you know? There's a lot we can't control... But I can always choose how I treat other people.

...I suppose that is true. [ and their response is a little softer. that resonated with them, a bit. ] I know someone who has a similar philosophy.

Yeah? Are you allowed to tell me anything about them?

... They are someone who is incredibly compassionate and kind, despite the fact that life has been incredibly cruel to them. It is something I've... I think something that many could learn to emulate.

...They sound pretty great. Hopefully you can see them again soon.

Ah, perhaps. Truthfully, I doubt that they think much of my existence.

I suppose I tend to be an afterthought.

...That sounds kind of lonely. Well - know that I haven't thought about you that way, and I bet it's true for other people here, too.
