Yeah. It already seems like their situation was a little different than yours but it does seem similar

Like... They didn't seem to know what was going on at first. They thought everything was normal. But it seems like you all know why we were brought here and what we've gone through

We are just workers here, too, so we're not always privy to things. We just know what we need to know: nothing more, nothing less.
Though, I suppose some are more interested in gathering information about you all than others.
I can't imagine why that would be too necessary.

But it seems like you know about all of our histories

Why do you need to know that

To provide you the best possible care.
We have files on each of you, but some of us have read more than others.
Personally, I'd rather learn of most of you through our conversations: the files are a bit dull in comparison.
