Regarding room service, should you find a power you would like to purchase, you would speak to the appropriate staff member. You would inquire about the power, and if you would like to proceed with purchasing it we would then give you a task. Complete the task in seven days' time or less and the power is yours. Do keep in mind that this is open to anyone. We can only give out these powers a limited amount of times, and you may only obtain two throughout the duration of your stay. They are one-time use, but they do not expire once they are in your possession.

It's two in total. So even once they are used you will not be able to obtain anything else. You also cannot earn both of them in the same week. You will need to plan appropriately.
