Life is mostly about a lot of shitty or wrong choices and then the few that work out. If anyone says otherwise about their decisions, they're lying or a sociopath.
Honestly, a lot of life advice boils down to: the world sucks and most of what a person does is just maintaining the status quo of everything being terrible, but ultimately, you never know what'll be the spark that changes things.
