maus is busy wiggling his entire body both in lup and gemini's presence, actually.]

magnus snuffles and sets his big dumb head on gemini's knee. the poodle, on the other hand, looks away dismissively. and then like... moves a little closer. you may pet. he GUESSES.]
I'm glad. I didn't really want to leave them behind, the first time.
magnus's head is on gemini's knee so he gets pets, but the poodle scoots closer and they stretch enough to pet him.]

[i just realized they could make the connection because this is similar to how taako was in the realm.]
They're space dogs. I'm sure they found their own means of survival, otherwise they would have made their way back with everyone else. [the poodle huffs and gemini kind of huffs back, more amused than anything before scritching behind both the poodle and the pitbull's ears.

...dunno if you remember this now, but we were on the same team in the Realm. We didn't talk a lot at first, but we started getting to know each other better when our team met and began working together. Coloring's the same, too. [and to taako-dog:] And it looks great on you.

Makes sense. If you only got a few back...it was like that there, too. You would lose memories, and you could remember certain parts but not others. Taako was a Swan. You and Cloud were Wolves. And then you had the Rabbits, Tigers, Goats and Foxes.

[she tilts her head.] Not bad-weird. I don't really mind? It's uh, it's actually fascinating as a concept. The idea of there being multiple mes and Taakos and things like that. It makes me wonder if traveling between worlds made our whole, uh, structure funky.

...from my notes, you were in the Realm with several others. You were under C--Mister Strife's leadership, though the Leaders themselves did not remember themselves. They had sacrificed their memories to enter into one more cycle of play to try and save everyone in the Realm.
You were fairly social. You met several people. You...fell in love, a few times, and you did your best to be supportive of people who needed it. There were people with jobs like you. You found several of them, and you brought them together. You were a large part of why they became their own team.

You met a boy. A teenager who wanted to do everything he could to help and to save everyone, but needed to learn a lesson. The first act of kindness was bringing him a cinnamon roll even if he argued and wanted to share it. You became something of a confidant for him.
