Exactly. And it's always like that, but at least before we had a better idea how to deal with it. But here, the staff have different rules and different job functions.

I think there is a very blatant difference for one thing. [such as not being who they're pretending to be.] But...we do and do not have a bit more flexibility with some things than you did. But I suppose the biggest difference is we are employed. The UWU was just kind of...there and taking advantage of you guys, right?

Well, yeah.

[to the first part. but the second part:] I... yeah, it was, but this whole set up doesn't exactly feel like employment to me. Employment suggests the ability to quit.

Well...yeah, probably, but we're kind of on a contract, too. So we have to work until the end of the term.
