no, she doesn't actually cry, but she does get a little heart hurty about it. she just puts the pin in her hair, and eventually comes back with food! it's the usual spread of hearty foods, plus some sandwiches that are like... tea time sandwiches. they have vegetables and she will cry if he doesn't eat them.
anyway she puts the tray on the bed, and then just sits down and doesn't even mention the fact that she's wearing the hairpin.]
anyway no crying!! not over hairpins and not over vegetables!!!! aquila's at their desk when lup makes her way in - he's absorbed in whatever notes he's taking, and only glances up when she comes over proper, snapping out of it.
... it's probably a good thing she can't see his face, but any reaction he has towards the pin in her hair is mostly muted by the veil, so. aquila's soft huff isn't so easily hidden, though, and he sets his brush down and comes to join her. the bed is very, very comfy, as a note. soft! ]

this bed is like a goddamn cloud. the blanket is soft and silky featherdown. it's ideal, for a normal person who wants to be comfortable when they haven't been comfortable in a bed many times!
aquila, who has not slept well a single night in this bed, watches her lay down, amused, and then sighs, overdramatic. ]
First she steals my notes, then she steals my bed...
this tackle plan is genius and they are very strong. however, aquila has exactly enough time to tackle lup before he is being RUDELY TICKLED where he then immediately almost squeals with the force of a laugh and tries to get away goodbye ]
[ this is like shriek laughter at this point, voice half cracking like a teenager's because he is laughing so hard - aquila grabs for both of her hands to try and pin them down so he's not being ruthlessly attacked anymore by a cheater >:( ]
[oh, that makes her so fond, the voice cracking. she laughs, but he grabs her hands and pins them down and it's no use, she's stuck. she makes a huffy sound, ear and a half flicking.]
[ unfortunately, the ear flicks and the huffiness and the fondness are very cute which softens the blow to his dignity. he huffs, and just kind of looks down at her, a little flustered from this merciless assault.
there's a pause, and he shifts enough to adjust his grip - and then abruptly pulls a hand free so she's just holding glove. that way he can put his ice cold corpse fingers on the very first strip of bare skin he sees with a smug -]
[ because he's been slowly and systematically poisoning himself since he was nine :D

aquila will gladly take this victory - he's deeply pleased as he manages to vaguely dodge the kick but not the glove, and then just gives up, dropping backwards onto the fluffy bed with a laugh and reaching under his veil to wipe away a fake tear of laughter. ridiculous. he'll take his glove back and go to put it on though. lup can see he's wearing her crab bracelet still in the meantime. ]
