Alphinaud returns to life. The melted ice has solidified, reattaching his legs, but there's no telling when his knees may lose form again.]
Alright so Alphinaud starts to life again, mostly okay? Nothing like getting stabbed twice but all right. Sure. He freezes as he regains his bearings, watching the other two launch their attacks at Clementine, leaving him no room to mull on what happened to himself. ]
[ the only thing she can think of to do is fight back against kondo - if he's in range to stab, he's in range to be stabbed. she lets his sword pierce through her, and as it does, plunges her own sword into his chest.
[The ice making up Kondo melts at once, and the water that comprised his form collapses into a pool just as Souji returns to life. Souji's arm is solid again, but the ice begins to spread as both Souji and Alphinaud's torsos turn cold.
Ysayle, on her knees and also losing her solid state little by little, gears up another set of icicles to plunge down on the party, regardless of how alive or dead they are.]
[YEEHAW he's back now too what's up everyone! Oh Kondo is dead. Hm, he loves... that....... Loves to see that. Loves to see an approximation of one of his most beloved people becoming a nasty ice pool.
Honestly though, a part of him - and not a small part - is grateful that he wasn't the one to do it.
No time to think about his deadass Kondo, though! Sweet Clem is also dead but at least Alphinaud is back, and even though he's beat to hell, he's going to terminator his way through as usual. He makes a quick dash for his previously yote sword, moving as fast as he can toward Ysayle once it's in his hands. He'll have to trust sweet Alphinaud can do the blocking - he's going in and attempting to take off her head.
[ Souji can absolutely go and kill her. Alphinaud will just try not to die again, using the bat to swing at the ice. It isn't graceful by any means, but it's all he's got. ]
[Alphinaud successfully bats away the ice. The spires splinter into pieces and crash into the ground, away from everyone.
Downed as she is, Ysayle can only lift her hand to hinder Souji before the giant blade cuts through icy fingers and neck both. Her head falls to the ground and shatters, before melting away along with her crumpled body.
Clementine comes alive; however, the party's transformation advances rapidly until they're all as ice themselves. Their bodies melt, just like their counterparts before them, and reduce them to mere pools of gelid water as the agony of becoming undone swallows them.
Okita Souji, Clementine, and Alphinaud Leveilleur are dead.
