About... whether it's possible to do some magic thing or whatever to scale the bathroom fixtures up and down based on who's using it... I have to jump to reach the thing to adjust the temperature in the shower and it's definitely a safety hazard!

Well...you read the contract, right? You can make deals with us if you know how to pitch it. If it's something that can be entertaining -by the hotel's standards, not mine- then you have a higher chance of getting the deal to go through.
