Every power is one use only, and keep in mind that the two-powers limit applies even with that.

It reveals all powers that the target has possessed and has used throughout their stay up to that point. However, please note that the majority of powers can't be used during trial, if that's what you had in mind. A few of the powers have workarounds built in, but mine do not.
You may not—once you're given the task, you're locked in. You can choose to let it expire in seven days if you refuse to do it, but you can't request another room service task during that duration.
