Well, I would personally fault needless recklessness or antagonism, or violence that serves no purpose beyond self-satisfaction.

Breaches of the contract would get you punished. Such breaches would include immediate mass murder, failing to cast a vote, refusal to participate in general, encouraging others to breach the contract...

Towards people in general. Antagonism would be deliberately trying to make others angry or discourtesy with no real end goal in mind.
