It's not that strange. If you think about it, that's just how workplaces— uh, work.

Yep! Certain types of people are going to be attracted to certain types of jobs.

And diversity makes the workplace better!

No one wants an asshole co-worker.

So you and I are in agreement. Assholes don't deserve representation in the workplace.

Now, imagine if we could get society on board with that.
