uh huh i understand that i just dont think this is a squeamish or nonsqueamish thing or a cultural difference i think this is kind of maybe a morality issue like maybe respecting the corpses of the people you watched die and asking about other food options but thats just me i wasnt aware you were concerned about actually comforting him though you could just say that youre unaware of what happened and what will happen their souls are still kicking around its when those are gone that things might get trickier
Where I am from, this is not disrespectful. In fact, it is respectful to ensure remains are put to use. But I don't see any productive reason to argue about it. figured i cant tell you what you should or shouldnt tell kazunari and i cant tell you what may or may not have happened but youre smart im sure youll think of something suitable
there are some cases that lying is probably safer and if there ever comes a time an answer comes up then you can just tell him that you learned differently easy
