looking for something helpful or hindering then ive come to find that like with most jobs your opinion of your employer is really not that important it could be someone you barely speak to but treats you exceptionally well or it could be someone closer to you than anyone who never gives you the time of day as long as you carry out your job thats what matters so call my opinion neutral at best
