But that is neither here nor there. Hua Cheng and Diluc's hostages are safe. It is not a matter of revenge nor justice to discuss who to vote for. And while Diluc's actions caused Bucky's death, in comparison to Hua Cheng, I believe he deserves some clemency for not being in control of his own thoughts.
