[Nikaido is just out here living her best life, man. Excuse her as she puts on a uniform and picks up one of the rifles, catching Aikawa's eyeballin' as she goes. With a jerk of her thumb toward the pile:]

Not bad, right? Straight from the New Government's doorstep! Heh, and they said I'd stick out too much for spywork... Though with luck, we won't need them, huh.

[Now everyone is jinxed, probably. Anyway they're free to take any weapon (or part of weapons) they would like from this little weapons pile.

i aki love how sieghart continues to refuse to explain where or how he ended up father to a little ratty orphan. Lucretia frowns, though the expression is concerned rather than severe.]

You know that where we're going is no place for a child... [At which point Soujirou's just HOLDING ON TO SIEGHART'S ARM HELP.] --But it's not as though he can be left here, either. [Bro why you gotta put her in positions where she has to look after two full grown men who keep running into Kronks and bears AND a kid?? AND ALSO BE SNAKE-BITTEN?

Fortunately Aikawa is correct in his assumption that even fake old timey wimey Lucretia has her shit together more than literally anyone else. She turns back to the table, picking up one of the objects lying flat. It's a small case, and inside of it are several paper packets that they might recognize as being similar to the ones in their own medical kits the dingbats. She rifles through before picking one up.]

We have one dose of Ishida Sanyaku here. It should be enough to ease the symptoms and keep you out of the field hospital, but under no circumstances should you push yourself. We need you - don't be reckless.

[She'll move to hand the packet over to Sieghart, worry creasing her expression. If he takes it, he'll find that his vertigo abates almost entirely and his nausea lowers to a barely-there sensation. The fever doesn't abate entirely but settles into something lower grade. The pain in his bitten leg is still pretty gnarly though, and if he does push his physical limits too far, his symptoms will return in full force.

AS FOR AIKAWA:]
Alright, let's see that back of yours.

[She can help patch him up, too! At least applying some antiseptics and bandaging it up.]
