the radios turn on! it seems like they have full charge, too, but right now all that plays is static.
the town itself is smalltown, local, wooden. it looks fairly old and abandoned for the most part, worn by weather and time itself. off in the sea...there is more fog.
jiji wanders to the post office and is immediately greeted by an absolutely terrible amount of dust! there are a few piles of mail, along with those same missing posters and what looks like a few packages. the tape is peeling, and the names have been worn away, but they are there. the post office doesn't seem like it's been operational for a while actually, but jiji can break the law and look at them if he wants.]
