The Constellations all have their own interests and different things they're known for. Such as Zeus for his lightning bolt, Poseidon for his triton, Sun Wukong for his staff, and Uriel for her sword. Those that would know about military weaponry are generally historical grade. The more recent, the less powerful. While Yi Sunsin is powerful, he cannot compare to Cao Cao or Lu Bu.

Well, I don't think it's the kind of thing that the average human would think about too deeply even once a while, unless in a crisis or while on their deathbed.
